We as drivers, have been involved in the Private Hire Industry for a very long time, this has allowed us to realize and see the difficult issues we have to face as being drivers. We on our own,cannot solve these pressing matters and therefore it makes the issue worse and spirals out of control. We need someone to stand and be our voice, to let us speak of our issues and how to deal with it to make it easier for us to be drivers. Even though people view us as normal drivers, we have rights, and therefore abuse and experiencing many difficulties without any help is unacceptable. We refuse to be put through difficult situations without being able to solve it or make it right and therefore we want to make a stand.
 
Even though our job isn’t seen as the most prestigious job, we still have a right to be treated fairly and equally as everyone else. Without us drivers, many people around the world would have great difficulty getting around and to places, and yet to our disappointment people do not realize just how important we our.
 
Every single driver in the Private Hire Industry has been a victim or is a victim, of abuse or being treated will ill-manner. We are often neglected and seen as low class and therefore are susceptible to abuse. We come in hundreds and even thousands in London and yet we work alone, enduring these harsh behaviors from people that need us. However there are many people who treat us with manners and are grateful to us for being drivers and therefore we are grateful to them for understanding just how difficult it sometimes can be to be a driver.
 
We as drivers have created such a huge and successful job market where hundreds of people are joining and yet this success isn’t acknowledged to how it should have been; and yet the government are very reluctant to fulfill the rights of a driver.
 
Everyone has a freedom of speech and so has a driver. We are allowed to voice our opinions and be heard to make a change. We are unhappy with the injustice and the way we are being treated unequally. It is very important to us for our voices to be heard and to stick together and be heard.
 
 
It is our duty to get as many people to voice their problems as possible and to work together to make a change, we will be helping a lot of people who cannot voice their opinions and we shall be serving our community.
 
In conclusion, we aren’t voicing the opinions of just Private Hire Drivers, but also for Private Hire Companies as well as black cabs or any other driver who feels that their rights are being violated.
In the event of a Private Hire Driver being misguided to carry out abuse the system or do the wrong things, we will ensure to bring them to justice and not let them get away.
 
We are drivers, and we have a voice, we want to stand and make a difference, we are people and we have feelings, if we stand up for what we believe in then we shall make a change.
